The Home Sales Process (Done Right)
The very first step is to get together to learn about why you are moving, to see the home and get to know each other. Your home sale process should work around your life’s priorities and schedule. We also discuss the real estate market overall, and how your home would compare to recent sales.
If we decide to work together, we will review and sign the required paperwork. Then we create with a plan, to do list and timeline to prepare the home. I put you in touch with any professionals needed to help prepare the home. My team will gather all the information needed for the sale. We also finalize the price for the home.
Once the home is photo ready, my professional photography and floor plan team works to create incredible eye-catching pictures we use for our marketing. Brochures and any other relevant marketing materials are created and ordered.
Our online marketing campaign begins immediately, which includes direct contact with agents, an internal Brokerage announcement, Top Agent Network announcement, and anywhere a Coming Soon posting can be made. Social media is used heavily including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
Going On Market
The day the property is entered to Multiple Listing Service you will review a draft to ensure accuracy. Once on MLS, the property is then broadcasted on all the major real estate websites including Zillow.
Open houses and private showing schedule is established. My policy is to strive for 100% accommodation for showing requests.
You will receive weekly communication (at minimum) with an update on showings, open house traffic, online traffic, marketing efforts and an overall assessment of the market.
